VPN WatchGuard Avaya Definity

I have a WRV54G. I use it to connect vpn to a WatchGuard X700.
Everything through the tunnel is allowed. All firewalls are turned off on the Linksys.

One thing doesnt work - my IP softphone nor my IP hardphone will register to the Avaya through the tunnel. I did a Ethereal dump, and it shows a 'dual-ack' being sent from the Linksys. Avaya look at the dump and said that the Linksys is 'echo-ing.'

To isolate it further I used a D-Link instead. It works.

Anyone know a resolution?

I have the ethereal dump if anyone is interested in taking a peak.

I need to use the Linksys instead of the D-Link.
