VPN using 2 linksys WAG54G and xp 1

Hi

I'm trying to set up a vpn between 2 offices using a linksys WAG54G at each end. I've got the rundown on how to do it from linksys. What i'd like to know is how do i get xp to see this network connection and how do i restrict what is visable between offices. I want one office to be able to see everything at the other but restricted access the other way.

any tips would be greatfully received.

one office has 2 xp pro computers and a WAG54G and various laptops the other has an XP home computer and various laptops.
