Hi There,

We currently have a Cisco ASA 5510 router here, which is connected via a site-to-site VPN to another 5510 at another site. This router is also used for a VPN connection for our remote staff.

We now have the issue that the remote users connected over this VPN can no longer communicate with our "9" subnet. I have checked and nothing has changed in terms of NAT exemptions or routing which would likely affect this.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

If it helps, our VPN users are on the "11" subnet.

Please see attached our current configuration on the router.

Thanks, Scott

where is your "9" subnet located?? the only place in that config where your "9" subnet is referenced is for http access.

Apologies, I had accidentally placed a link to the config of my router at our other remote site!

I have now updated the link with the correct config.

Can you please take a look and let me know your thoughts as there are access entried for the "9" subnet in there!

The "9" subnet is used at our remote site, which the router here (on the 3 subnet) connects to via a VPN tunnel.

I hope this helps.

Scott

add:
Code:
access-list JANET_41_cryptomap extended permit ip 192.168.11.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.9.0 255.255.255.0
and then add the mirror opposite entry on your other device
