VPN users loosing connection randomly and then cannot reconnect

Hi,

My VPN remote users are complaining that for no apparent reason they are loosing the VPN connection?

When they try to re-establish sometimes they can re-connect straight away but sometimes it refuses and they have to wait up to an hour before they can reconnect.

Any ideas why?
