VPN Tunnel with D-Link Routers

I am trying to create a tunnel between two D-Link DI-824VUP VPN Routers.

I have created an ESP tunnel and it says "IKE Established" on both ends in the Router configuration. My problem is that I can only ping the other network if I set my gateway to the router.

Also, the PCs on the remote network can not ping any PCs here on our network. The only exception to this is if I set my gateway to the router, then they can ping my PC.

I need to make it so that the PCs there can access things here, without me going to every PC in the building and setting their gateway to the Router. Which might blow it up.

please give us some details how you setup VPN and amke sure you use subnet insteal single IP.
