OK, I'm going crazy, and I need some help! I've got 2 Linksys VPN routers at 2 locations. I need a tunnel to connect them so users at 1 location can access files at the other. The setup is as follows:

Building A
192.20.10.x IP scheme
255.255.255.0 subnet
VPN router w/ dynamic IP from ISP
using No-IP.com to maintain a Dynamic DNS for the router

Building B
192.20.11.x IP scheme
255.255.255.0 subnet
VPN router w/ static IP assigned by my town, who provides wireless Internet access for businesses.

I've tried everything I can think of to establish a tunnel between these 2 routers. I'm sure the VPN tunnel settings are the same. I've tried connecting to building A using the FQDN. I can do a DNS lookup on the name, and it finds it and shows the current dynamic IP. Whay can't I create the tunnel? Linksys makes it seem as easy as pie!!!

My only clue is in some of the default setups in the router. For example, NAT is enabled, but I didn't set it. I see a lot of info online about NAT & VPN problems. Is port forwarding the answer? The file server behind the router has a static ip...

Please help, I've invested TOO MUCH time, money, and energy into this already!
