VPN tunnel and VPN Client problem with softphone

Hi, first of all there is my setup :
Site A :
subnet : 192.168.1.0/24
gw : 192.168.1.1
PBX (Nortel's BCM) : 192.168.1.50
router : Netvanta 2054

Site B :
subnet :10.10.10.0/24
gw : 10.10.10.1
router : Netvanta 2054

Vpn Client :
Connect to: Site A with adtran VPN Client
Softphone: i2050 softphone
Subnet : 172.30.0.0/24

There is my problem, I setup a site to site VPN tunnel between site A and B. I'm able to ping and to reach data from each site (from site A to B and from site B to A) but as soon as I connect the VPN client from outside of my Lans I can only reach site A and I'm not able to ping Site B. Also, if I make a call with my softphone (connected with my vpn client) to Site A or to a extern number everything is ok but I can't reach site B and I can't talk to other softphone.

My priority is to set up correctly the calls between softphones..

I double check my VPN tunnel settings and my VPN client settings and everything seems ok...

Can you help me with that please.
