Small office running IP Office 500 V2 (9.1) with a VPN tunnel always on using Sonicwall SOHO. I can't ping the IP Office (1912.168.1.130) from the remote site but I am able to ping the old phone server. The Avaya 9650C stays on discover 192.168.1.130 (maybe because I didn't port forward) Any suggestions? Thank you.

IP Office gateway: 192.168.1.1

Remote office: 192.168.2.1

There is an "IP Route" menu on IP Office Manager, can you tell us what you have in there.

I have two IP routes, first one:
IP Address: 192.168.1.130
IP Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway IP Address: 192.168.1.1
Destination: LAN1
Metric: 0

Second one:
IP Address: 192.168.99.0
IP Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway IP Address: 0.0.0.0
Destination: Remote Manager
Metric: 0

Thank you!

So you need

IP Address : 192.168.2.0
IP Mask : 255.255.255.0
Gateway :192.168.1.1
Destination LAN1

Otherwise the IPO has no route to the 192.168.2.0 network.

Pepp77 bet me to it,
Yeah your gonna need a rule for the 2.0 subnet.

HI Pepp77 and YellowC, I finally got back to the remote location and I was able to get the phones to work, thank you for your help.
