We are running a PIX 506e version 6.3(3) with no routers on our network. We use Cisco VPN Client version 5 software. We are trying to establish a connection to one of our client locations and can not. Have are able to connect to ALL of our other clients with not issues. We have no issues connecting to our office from remote locations. (sounds like it's our clients issue and not ours right?)
Basically here's the run down. From home I am able to VPN into their site and everything works fine, no issues.
I come into work and try to establish a VPN connection to them, and I get connect, but then I can't do anything. Not able to ping the server we are trying to access, or their DNS servers. IPconfig show us getting their IP address but then we can't do anything after that. They claim it's our problem since we are able to connect from home that it's our Firewall that has the issues. But like I said, we do not have any issues with any of our other clients that are also using IPsec with Cisco equipment.
Any ideas? I am not a Cisco expert, but I am able to manage what I need to on the PIX. So I am at a loss at to where to even check.
