VPN to 10.xxx.xxx.xxx

I have a VPN Router at my office and a freind of mine wants to connect via a VPN. I am using a Linksys BEFVP41 VPN Router.

She lives in a building where a T-1 is provided with her rent... but when she checks her IP is 10.1.1.xxx as is her Gateway. How can we set up her Windows XP system to see my Linksys VPN Router?

BTW: My Router has a real world WAN IP Address (216.215.131.xxx) and we use 192.168.0.xxx on our private side.

She is able to connect with SSH Sentinel to your WAN IP address unless blocked by the provider in the building.
