vpn suse8.0 only one direction

Hello to everybody,

I have a big problem. I set up two linux boxes as router/vpn/firewall. Everything seems to be fine. I can start ipsec and the tunnel is established.
I can do a ping from the left side and I got the reply. (I can do also pcanywhere, telnet, ...)

BUT I cannot do this from the right side of the VPN. The ping reach the gateway but nothing happens.

Can someone help me?
