I have a PIX firewall terminating IPSec tunnels and am experiencing what looks like a client-side problem. When certain users (myself included) try to authenticate, we get an error message stating that the VPN Subsystem is Unavailable. I was able to get in just fine with dial-up, but can't with my cable-modem connection.
I looked at the FAQ and perhaps this is an MTU problem. I turned off my client-side firewall and got the same results. Other users with the same issue are using a wisp for their connectivity.
Any ideas?
