We are using: Cisco Concentrator VPN, Windows 2000 and SonicWall 300 firewall. There are several sites with their own domains accessing the financial system through the VPN at the main office. The main office is also the host ISP for these remote sites. All sites are connected by T1s, all other services run well. The VPN to the financial system is slow, extremely slow and disconnects approx every 15 minutes. The time limits on the concentrator have been maxed out, the authentication has been changed to a lower level of authentication. Does anyone have any other ideas? This VPN has been in place only 2 months and has never been at an acceptable level of functionality. I am under the gun to get this taken care of "Yesterday"!!! Any help would be appreciated. Has anyone else had this frustration?

-TIA
