VPN Setup Using Netscreen 5 and W2K Server

I have been using my NS5 for some time but never setup any remote VPN features. Can anyone point me to documentation on setting up VPN using W2K server through an NS5. I basically want to run L2PT for this. Also, want to load certs on the NS which I have never done, I have certs on my 2K server already for https but dont know how to load a cert onto my NS for HTTPS access to the web interface. Please help. Thanks
