Ok here is Microsoft way
Also you could purchase 2 inexpensive VPN routers to set this up Like the Cisco 871 router. If you are setting up a VPN then you should do it a site to site. Typicly you would beed a static ip for each site, but these routers will let you use both, static or dynamic. You could also use Terminal Services on the server to allow you to log in remotly.
Take a look and see what works for you.
