VPN SETUP HELP

I need some help regarding a VPN setup. I have never done and I need a link that will show me from A-Z if possible or a good guide. I have 3 offices with Sonicwalls and Server 2000-2003.

I need the clients to use the VPN but dont know how to do it. Can anyone help me, pointing me to the right direction please? I cant find any books or links that will show me how to built a VPN from scratch...

U want to link 3 offices together or want a remote user (individual) to VPN to ur office?

Thank you for your response. I have a server in HK and users in US. I need all users in the US to VPN to our server in HK. In HK I have 2/2003 servers configured as a logon and file server and the second one as an application server. 1st one is the DC and the second just a member server of the same domain with a Sonicwall installed. Whats the procedure?
