Hi,
I have a user setup to work from home. The user's office desktop Windows XP is now set at home with (Mobile User VPN)MUVPN software 10.0 with IPSec.
At the office location we have a SBS 2003 server and Firebox x10e

1. The user is able to establish the VPN connectivity thru the MUVPN software. But the shared drive are not accessible when clicked thru My Computer.

2. The user can ping and search the server with the ip address but not by the name. Is it possible to search thru the name of the computer/server

3. Since the desktop was being used at the office the printers were already installed, but now at home the user cannot print to those printer even after establishing the vpn connection.

What are the settings that need to changed or added to make the vpn work more efficiently for the user.

Appreciate all your inputs and help!!

Thanks,
MJ
