Search Netscreen's Knowledgebase for documents:
"Windows 2000 Remote VPN to Nescreen using L2TP"
"Windows 2000 Pre-shared IKE Dialup VPN Procedures"
or you can purchase NS Remote v8.x software for client machines. You can get about a 100 license for ~$100. Very cheap and easy to implement with NS5XP. Search the NS knowledge base for Dialup-To-LAN, Dynamic Peer using NS5XP and NS Remote.
Also, integrating your NS5XP with a RADIUS server, such as W2K Server, makes administration easy. Refer to document "Using a Windows NT Domain / Active Directory for User Authentication Netscreen Devices" and "Netscreen Remote XAuth VPN" if you decide to purchase NS Remote.
