VPN run a simple net send batch

is it possible to have a little batch file run, for example a net send to my PC, when ever someone logged into our VPN.
When i set up a VPN user on our NT4 server i did put a little net send batch(the netlogon script) and it works if I log in inside our network, but if i log in from home via VPN it does not.
