VPN - RRAS

I was wondering if anyone can give me some inspiration, we've had a vpn running at our office for some time now, but the last 8 weeks, the vpn keeps dropping. the router we have port forwards the traffic onto our RRAS server, which from what i can see doesn't have much to complain about apart form this....

the message is repeated about 7 times a day....any ideas?
