VPN PROBLEM

The admin password was changed throughout the company after an admin left. Now, the VPN server will not allow any new account to access it. It says "the user does not have remote access privlidge. The line has been disconnected" But these accounts DO have rights to remote access. The VPN server is still using the old admin password. I'm wondering how to change this without messing up the people who can get on already.
