I have a Sonicwall TZ-170. I am trying to set up a point to point tunnel to a Checkpoint Safe at Home appliance. It shows the tunnel active but (1) I can't ping anything on the other side and he can't ping me and (2) I get this error in my log and his too about phase 2 not matching. I contacted Sonicwall and they looked at my setting and logs and pronounced that all was correct on my side. He has everything on his matching mine. We can't find the problem. I have 2 other tunnels going with different types of appliances with no problems. Where can I look to try to fix this problem? By the way, he has also contacted Checkpoint and they say there is nothing wrong on his end. Something has to be wrong somewhere.
