VPN - problem during disconnect

I'm using Cisco VPN Client for Windows 2000.
It connects me fine but when I'm disconnecting it takes long time and then error message pops up - "System Error: Connection manager failed to respond". I've looked trough available info at the Cisco's website but couldn't find any references regarding this problem.

Does anybody knows what could it be?
