VPN--Prob..

Hey guys I am sure I am missing something very easy. Here is my VPN config.

vpdn group vpdngroup accept dialin pptp
vpdn group vpdngroup ppp authentication mschap
vpdn group vpdngroup client authentication local
vpdn username vpn password vpnforme
vpdn group vpdngroup ppp encryption mppe 40
ip local pool vpdnpool 192.168.1.240-192.168.1.250
vpdn group vpdngroup client configuration address local vpdnpool
vpdn group vpdngroup client configuration dns 192.168.1.3 192.168.1.5
access-list nonatinside permit ip 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0
nat (inside) 0 access-list nonatinside
sysopt connection permit-pptp
vpdn enable outside

I have a routable IP on the outside and am running NAT with PAT. I can see the connection from the Windows 2000 machine (made sure setting was on MS-CHAP) and this is the debug messages I get.
