VPN (PPTP) with Windows 2000 Server

Hello,
I want to set up a VPN server based on PPTP using a W2K Server. So I'm using 2 NIC, first NIC having a public IP given by ISP and second NIC having a private IP (192.168.0.1). Other settings made:
- IP Address Assignment: From a specified range of address
from 192.168.0.10 to 192.168.0.11
- I don't want to use a RADIUS server
After that I configured the ports:
- WAN Miniport (PPTP): 2
- WAN Miniport (L2TP): 0 (I want to use only PPTP)

I have a user with dial-in permission enabled

Big Question: Shoud I add some static routes? Or it will work just fine as wizard made it?

since you have two NICs on the server, you may want to enable ip routing on the RRAS. Otherwise, VPN will not be able to see entire network. For more tips or information, go to
