VPN Port Translation

I have a VPN concentrator 3020 and works great, However my client's need to access a new software that requires static port assignment over a udp connection. To many packets are being lost in the tunnle and the software is locking up on the client. Can anyone help me configure the concentrator to maintain static ports for existing UDP sessions.
