VPN Phone

I have a 406V2 with eight VPN phones working off the system. One phone will work sometimes and then it will not connect the VPN and say IKE Phase 1 error. The person is in a home setting and she has comcast w/ a linksys router. is thier anything in her router i should look for? All other phone working great. Any Help would be great.

what do you do to get that phone working again?

I had two phone with the same local ip address 192.168.1.100. THe phone would reg first would be alset the other would keep rebooting. I thought that the IP had to be different then the main location thats it. the phones are working great now
