Anyone have any experience getting a 9620VPN phone to work with a CiscoDPQ 8x4 router? The router was provided by the cable/phone provider. The vpn tunnel sets up fine but the phone gets stuck on discover at the remote location. The phone has no issues from our office to the customer headquarters.

The local and remote networks do t have the same address range by any chance? i.e both 192.168.1.x or whatever

Then it isn't the obvious, I would guess it's an ALG/inspect map of some sort in the Cisco
