Newish IP Office Install on 9.0.4.
Customer has asked for a couple of 9608 VPN phones so I have spoken to the IT team and they have setup the VPN and I have added this to the phone. On bootup the phone will first time fail on IKE Phase 2, but hitting retry it then connects (this is everytime). On the first boot it asked me to enter the extension number so I did along with a passcode. The phone then changes to a screen with just Phone and two arrows on the top line and nothing else.
In monitor you can see the registration attempt when H323 monitoring is turned on, but nothing happens and monitor keeps showing

I have two handsets I am trying this on which is why Endpoints in Registration says 2 as I am trying different extensions and different internet connections to be on the safe side.
I cannot seem to find anything that says what reason 4 is but I do know if I unplug one of the phones eventually that shows as a reason 6 unregistration.
Please help as I haven't seen this error in my 5 or 6 years of doing VPN phones and I cannot see anything on the phone system to stop them working (comparing this system to the many others we have with VPN phones). I am thinking something isn't quite right on the firewall and it is stopping the registration response getting back to the phone maybe?
