vpn phone unable to get dhcp address

Hello all,

It seems like, when it rains it pours. I have a 9650 VPN phone connecting to a linksys router (model BEFSR41)and the phone just won't get a DHCP address. anybody come across this before? help.

Dunno about the 9650, but on 4610 VPN phones I found I had to turn off 802.11 QoS on the phone before it would get a DHCP lease from the router.
