VPN Phone to Juniper SRX Config

i am looking for some assitance in setting up VPN phones to connect to a SRX model. i know the R10 software can do XAuth but im not having much luck. i have done this many times with Sonciwall, ASA, Sonciwall and Netgear as well as SSG products but cant seem to get past Phase 1. its telling me the groupname or PSK is wrong but i have redone them and made them super simple...has anyone done this and if so could you share waht you did.

Have this config working. For Junos < 10.4 you need a Radius server for assigning ip addresses to the phones. 10.4 has capability for local dhcp pools. There is a kb article at Juniper for Dynamic VPN, which has nearly the same configuration.
