VPN Phone boot up sequence

I was wondering if anyone knew the exact boot sequence these things go through, like which files it looks at and in what order. I want to be able to follow the code in the txt and scr files and see what's going on but can't figure out which files it looks at and in which order and even what each file does. I've looked at some of the readme's but its confusing! Thanks!

BTW I'm using 4610s and 4621 phones with the 232_4 code.
