VPN over wireless lan

One of our users is having problems connecting to the corporate network via Contivity VPN, using a wireless lan connection installed on the laptop. The wired Ethernet connection works fine through the VPN, but when he tries to use the wireless, he gets connected, but that's it. No drive mappings, scripts don't run, can't even surf. He's disabled all firewalls, and enabled IPSEC passthrough on the router. Any ideas?
 
If he can't even surf then his wireless isn't working.

Check encryption keys - SSID's etc. If it's a Cisco make sure you have bridged the WLAN to the WAN/the LAN or it doesn't pass traffic.

More details of the kit and settings would be good...
 
No split tunneling...surfing is via the corporate network once VPN is established.
