Hope someone can help.

I have over 100 sites connecting to the main network via IP Stream - all traffic is encrypted from each site by to tunnels.

problem I am having is that - every now and then a tunnel drops - not a problema simple reboot does the trick and it will loadbalance ovet the two tunnels again. I currently have 2 sites that have had both tunnels drop and now they will not re-establish - I have cleared all sessions on the routers and from the ACS box but they still will not pick up.

Does anyone have some advice?

Check the correct MTU size at the routers, both ends, possible problem with blackhole routers along the way.

Drops..
slight power line flucuations causing the devices involved to drop the connections. Have seen this on multiple broad band routers and broadband modems, use BBUs on all devices involved
