VPN option greyed out

thank you kindly.
i actually figured it out though.
what was happening was that the first time i would get the wizard window showing, you know the one that prompts you to put your area code in for dial up properties...well i was cancelling out of that and so that kept the options greyed out.
once i actuaolly obliged to that first request of putting my area code in, and clicked next, the options i required were active.
silly stuff but hey its all good!
