Hi,

I hope this link could help.

I trying to set up VPN remote access to my workplace using the Microsoft VPN software as indicated in your email thread posting. What is odd is that we are able to gain access to the VPN using a Verizon dial up account to attach to the Internet and then invoke the vpn access client. This is successful. However, when we try to do the same thing with a residential Verizon DSL account, it doesn't work. THe VPN server is located on Windows 2000 Server with SP3. The client uses Windows XP with SP 2. Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

If the Verizon DSL connection is through a router, then you'll have to configure the router for VPN passthrough.
