VPN on PIX 501

We want our users who want to access the office network using VPN from home.
Office has all the workstations behing the PIX 501 firewall. Can PIX 501 be used to have the VPN capability.
If so what are the commands to be added.
Home users have Windows XP ( some use dial up and some use broadband). Is their any VPN client required. If so which is the one that is required.
