vpn on aix and filter rules

Dear Guys
i have found some filter rules while implementing
IPSEC faility on AIX4.3.3 in a redbook...
but this define only telnet service rules for the machine
where i can find similar filter rules for ftp/uucp services
Is there any good book defining all possible rules???

you may see any red book on setting up vpns
but i don not see any filter rule regarding
ftp....i have seen something about telnet...
i think so....pls verify
