How can we put it working?

We have a VPN
2 offices connected.
we can ping from one to the other and the reverse too.
But we cannot login with Novell.

I know that there is a way to encapsulate IPX on IP but I don't know how.

it depends on the devices you are using..........

if they are capable of establishing GRE tunnels then it should be no problem

i.e. with Cisco Routers you can bind IPX to the physical LAN and virtual GRE tunnel interfaces then apply the VPN crypto maps to the GRE and physical WAN interfaces. Once that is achieved you will pass IPX encapsulated in IP via GRE and encrypt and encapsulate the GRE traffic with IPSec

Code:
          |----------IPSec----------|
   /----GRE GRE----IPX IPX
