VPN - Network Resources

Hey Guys,

Right now we are using a VPN solution to connect home users to the office through Terminal Service. Instead, I will like them to connect their home Outlook directly to our server and give them the capabilities to browse our network. Is there a way to do this? Any help will be appreciated.
