VPN - L2TP - Create Server Certificate

I have succeeded to give clients certificates through the "corporate site". But when I Try to connect through L2TP, it says there is no server certificate. How do I correctly get a server certificate? Im using Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP. I could connect through the lower security protocol PPTP.
