VPN Issues

Ok, a little background. I have a new network (WIN2K3). My T1 is on a Kentrox router (QoS Enabled). I have a stack of Extreme switches internal to the company with 3 Vlans. 1.xxx, 87.xxx and 88.xxx. The 88 Vlan is tagged for IP Phones. I hve hooked up a remote Kentrox router and linked up a VPN tunnel. The only problem is I can't seem to get anywhere on my network. If I am internal, all my VLANs can see each other and talk (Ping, browse, etc) but form the VPN, I have no abilities. The VPN addresses at the remote site are 3.xxx. Does anyone have any suggestions?
