I have a WAN connecting several sites to my head office, this has been in place for several years. The remote sites only need to access the server on address 10.0.0.3 which was working fine. I have today changed that computer for a different one - now set with the same name and address but the VPN remote clients now cannot connect to the server.
They CAN connect to 10.0.0.1 which is the main domain controller - and the computer they establish the VPN connection with.
I've no idea what else could have changed that now doesn't allow this to work!
Please help i've now got 20 sites that can't connect in!!!

this 10.0.0.3 box, what was it used for? do you have remote access turned on in the system, remote tab?

Duh it was something simple - all i had to do was add the remote address of the computers using the route command on the 10.0.0.3 computer and now they can connect.

Thanks everyone!
James
