Our remote sites are connected via MPLS cloud. They have a DSL connection for Failover that is configured with GRE tunnels to the main site.
There is a client at one of the remote sites that is connecting to their site with a different DSL VPN connection.
This connection is going to be disconnected to save money.
The question is:
Can I set up a VPN tunnel through the same DSL connection for them with no problem.
It is basically setting up multiple VPN tunnels correct?
Is there any problem with both organizations using the same outside IP address? This outside address (whatever it is) is not a registered DNS address anywhere as far as I know.
I can get an additional 6 ip addresses on the same connection for $10 more a month.
If it is ok to do this, it would be a cleaner set up to have them use a differnet address?
Thanks for any help
