VPN internet connection

hello
i want to implment a hub spoke VPN to 4 buildings.
the main bulding which will be the hub. has 500 users.
the others have 100 each.
what kind of internet connections must i have in order toosuport internet access and VPN to those 4 buildings?
do i need greater than T1 to all buildings?
the internet use is mainly(web search, download files, submit files). Main building holds all the servers.

You don't need an internet connection to conect the buildings. Use line of site, wireless, direct fibre between sites.

no. Depends on traffic.

What chatty apps will you be running? Exchange? SQL? Bespoke?
