Greetings,
we are using a VPN to a sister corporation (addrs 10.190.x.x). That seems to work very well. However, since we configured the route, we are unable to access the internet using the website name. If we access a website by it's ipaddress, it will load the partial page. I know that the 10.x.x.x packets are not internet routable, but since we are using vpn (and the packets are encapsulated), it should work. It seems like we can't get to a DNS outside our intranet. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Regards,

Definitely a DNS resolution issue. What is your DNS configuration of your workstations? Are you using an internal DNS Server, or are you forwarding DNS requests to your ISP?

Are you using a firewall as your workstations Default Gateway? Have you configured any Static Routes for your VPN? Try setting a default route...

(ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 <Next Hop IP Address> 1)

... then use Static Routes to direct everything OTHER THAN Internet traffic accordingly.

Good Luck.
