Help!!
I wondering if anyone here works with VPN.
Here is the situation:
Desktop PC-WIN2000- Built in nic that is connected directly to router
Laptop-WIN2000- Wireless Dlink nic
Router- Wireless Linksys
Toshiba Cable modem
VPN client 3_70.30
The desktop and laptop are able to get out to the Internet through the cable modem and router. I also have file sharing setup on the desktop and laptop. When I connected to the Extranet Client to access a Novell shared drive the laptop and desktop were unable to comunicate through file sharing. I have a directory on each pc setup for file sharing. If I was not connected to the Extranet client the file sharing worked. Any ideas why i cannot share the pc's while connected to VPN?
Another problem:
I make a connection to my ISP. I get connected to the VPN client. I see the Internet.
I am able to browse the NT network but unable to see any Novell servers? I have Novell client 4.83 sp1 installed. Has anyone ever seen this? Thanks! Sabina
