We've had no problems with our VPN between offices, both of which have a NetGear router. Now we'd like to set up VPN from each of the satellite offices (one computer). They each have DSL, as do the main office networks. The computers are either Win2000, SP4 desktops, or WinXP laptops. I don't know about service packs on the laptops, but can put SP2 on them if I need to. Will their built-in software allow me to set up the IPSec VPN to the NetGear routers, and if so, how? They need access to a database on the Win2003 servers behind the routers. If it can't be done, are there any free or cheap alternatives to SoftRemote (or the like) client software?
TIA
Jill
