has Anyone ever configured Cisco pix to configure for two peers for one VPN config?
Is it possible to configure the cisco pix to go for standby VPN Device/peer ip, if primary goes down?

I don't use PIX firewalls but in Cisco router you can add more than one peer IP so if one fails it will try another on Cisco router you can also set one peer as the default peer, this works nice it the main site goes down and you have a small backup site after the main site comes back up you will go back to it's default peer.
