I've got an issue regarding users connecting to our network remotely.
We have around 12 remote users who in the past have never had problems connecting before. However in the past week the 4 same users seem to be getting the following error message when entering their login details:
error 721: remote computer did not respond.
It's strange because these users never had any problems connecting before.
I can't find any issues with our server and neither could our support company. They keep saying that the user must have a poor internet connection however they are using the same connection that they always have and it couldn't be coincidence that they have all received this error message the same day.
Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.
